Full-priced items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or a refund if in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and hygiene liners attached.

Store Credit Returns (Fee-Free)

Returns for store credit are free of handling fees. Store credits are issued for the value of the returned item/s as digital gift cards with no expiry, and can be used on any future purchase.

Refunds (with Handling Fee)

If you choose a refund instead of store credit, a handling fee applies
